Let clients book 24/7, even when the salon's closed
Most salon enquiries arrive when you're busy with a client or after you've locked up. With Book4, clients open your booking link, pick a service such as a cut and blow-dry (60 minutes) or a full head of colour (2 hours 30), choose a time and confirm. Only slots that fit your opening hours, the length of the service and your team's availability are shown, so there's no double booking and no back-and-forth over messages.
Add as many services as you like, each with its own duration, price and optional deposit, and put them in the order you want clients to see them, with your most popular treatments first.
Your salon's name and logo, no marketplace
Your booking page shows your salon's name, logo and banner image, and you can choose one of several preset colour themes to suit your style. There's no marketplace listing other salons next to you, so the clients you've worked hard to win book with you and only you.
Share one link everywhere: your Instagram bio, your Google Business Profile, your Facebook page, WhatsApp replies and your website. The link is short and easy to remember: book4.co.uk/book/your-salon.

Stylist calendars, and clients choose who they book
Turn on staff selection and clients can choose their stylist, or pick whoever is free. Each stylist has their own working hours, so part-timers and Saturday-only chairs show the right availability, and you see the whole team's day in one calendar.
Holidays and training days are easy too: block out the dates and those slots disappear from your booking page. Your paid plan includes one seat for the owner; each extra stylist is £3.99 a month, and staff are unlimited during the free trial.
Cut no-shows with deposits and reminders
A missed colour appointment can cost you an afternoon. Take an optional deposit when clients book, paid by card through Stripe, and set your own cancellation and refund windows so clients know where they stand. If you prefer, you can review each booking request before it's confirmed.
Clients get a confirmation email when they book and an email reminder before their appointment. You can also switch on SMS reminders, which are optional and paid for with credit packs you top up in your dashboard. Choose whether reminders go 24 hours before, 48 hours before or on the morning of the appointment.

Memberships for your regulars
With the Memberships add-on (£9.99 a month) you can run a blow-dry club or a regular treatment plan. You set the plan name, how many visits it includes each week or month and the price. Clients join from your booking page and pay automatically by card, which turns one-off visits into steady monthly income.
Client history in one place
Every booking is linked to a client record with their contact details and booking history, so you can see at a glance who your regulars are and when they last visited. When a client rings or walks in, add the booking yourself in a few seconds and it lands in the same calendar as online bookings.
