What Book4 is
Book4 is online booking software for UK appointment businesses such as barbershops, salons, clinics and therapists. Each business gets its own booking page at book4.co.uk/book/your-business, with its name and logo, and one dashboard for the calendar, services, staff and customers.
How it works
- Your clients book on your page in their browser. There's no marketplace listing other businesses next to you and no app for clients to download.
- One plan, Platform access, at £19.99/month after a 14-day free trial with no card needed. Extra staff seats and Memberships are optional add-ons.
- Card payments go through Stripe with a fee of 3.5% + 20p per transaction, whether they're taken on your booking page, by pay link or for memberships. Clients can also pay you in person.
- Email confirmations and reminders are included. SMS reminders are optional and paid for with credit packs.
